ULN2003A是一个7路反向器电路，即当输入端为高电平时ULN2003A输出端为低电平，当输入端为低电平时ULN2003A输出端为高电平。由于ULN2003A是集电极开路输出，为了让这个二极管起到续流作用，必须将COM引脚（pin9）接在负载的供电电源上，只有这样才能够形成续流回路。
